Techically, yes, you would be providing alcohol to minors if you poured undiluted alcohol over the finished food. However, most likely you're not going to give them enough to have any sort of effect and, assuming you're their gaurdian of some sort, they are under adult supervision. It's doubtful the cops are going to show up to take them away fom dinner. On the other hand if you're feeding them alcohol soaked watermelon, then that may be a different story.

Actually, technically, yes. When you cook with wine, you cook out most of the alcohol, not all of the alcohol like most people think. On average, you cook out about 60% of the alcohol that you cook with. But what's left is so little and you're making the dish for so many people, that a minor is going to ingest only a little tiny bit of alcohol. But it's just like giving a minor a 1/2 t. of wine or something like that. It's not much, but it's there.

It is legal for minors to eat foods made for wine. When wine is cooked, the flavor remains, but the alcohol is "cooked" away.

are you kidding? The alcohol cooks out. We always put wine in spaghetti sauce, it's the only way it's good, who cares if the person eating it is a minor.

it is not illegal if the foods are cooked because all you get is the taste the alcohol evaporates out of the dish

No. because the alcohol has been cooked out of it. so now it's non-alcoholic.

no because the alcohol is burned out of it when it is cooked. it is just used for flavor. sorry, but it wont get you drunk.
