KNOW WHAT'S HILARIOUS? WHEN DUMB @SS PEOPLE THINK THE WORLD CAME FROM NOWHERE, WHEN THEY CANT EXCEPT THAT GOD MADE IT. ITS NOT LOGICAL TO THINK ANYTHING OTHER THAN GOD MAKING THE WORLD HAPPEN. IT'S THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES SENSE TO A PERSON THAT HAS A BRAIN. EVERYTHING HAD TO HAVE A START SOMEWHERE, IT JUST DIDN'T APPEAR THERE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT.

Religious believers are not really recognised as being intelligent.
My studies and research shows that religious people are not exactly rocket scientists, they tend to be below average intelligence, and also have a tendency to be more violent than non-believers. In some cases, the more violent the person, the more religious they are. I suspect that the vast majority of religious people are well below average intelligence.
I wonder if trying to improve the intellectual standard of our global community, would help remove the various religions from our culture, and thereby improve happiness and peace for humanity.
We need smart kids, not dumb violent children who believe in a God. It’s a statistical fact that the higher your education, income, and intelligence, the more likely you are not to believe in a god. For every college student that converts to a religious belief system, 17 college students convert to atheist beliefs.
Atheists have an average intelligence of 25 IQ points above their Christian counterparts. It’s no wonder why the USA (75% Christian) is so arrogant, aggressive or violent towards others in this world.

I think it's pretty funny when they talk about it in a religious sense, yes, because they new testament is just one big non-sequitor collection of statements trying to prove that something happened differently then it was supposed to happen according to the old testament. But I think it's kind of rude to laugh in front of them and really rude to post this question here where many of them will see it and get upset. And yes I do realize that I'm including myslef in being rude by giving this answer but they really should take a logic class before trying to use it to spread the bible.

What is funny is that you now have 3 post without demonstrating a shred of intelligence. Logically speaking, if you were capable of an intelligent debate you would have done so by now. Therefore it is LOGICAL that the probability that you are a moron is very high. Even so God loves you and I'm trying.
Seriously, thanks for pitching these soft ones up there. It is really enjoyable to make fun of you.

There is a big difference between rational thought and logic. Logic can be used in any situation, rational thought is based off of what is observed in real life. Rationally speaking, it is safe to say that no one today has see a stick turn into a snake, or someone walk on water as said in the Bible. But if you believe the Bible to be true then logic can play a part on what you say in reference to the Bible. Your logic depends on what it is based off of weather it be rational thought or faith.

that's disappointing to study your questions as a guy or woman of religion. the final inhabitants (no longer in basic terms Christians) has some style of religion in God. Now i often is the 1st to admit maximum each and every person is lacking in intelligence, yet claiming that all and sundry Christians are tormented by "schizophrenia" exhibits deeper emotional questions on your existence. i'm particular their has been a guy or woman of religion someplace alongside the line who has helped you with the purest of hearts, i think of it could be very disrespectful to lump them in and then call them names. As a Christian i will needless to say stability the two worlds of my faith and good judgment. information a logical stance does no longer mean you abandon your faith and vice as against...that's named co-inhabitation the place you stability the two... on the eve of 9/11 that's humorous to me how quickly human beings in this united states of america have forgotten the God they called on so dearly 5 years in the past...that's my prayer that human beings Will make up their minds who they decide for to serve.

Is that your best "logical" argument against Christianity? Just because ~you~ don't understand something doesn't make it garbage.

sure is.
God sets punishment for sin, then puts his son thruough a painfull death to save people from that punishment.
God hardens the heart of the Egyptian pharaoh so he won't let the Jews go, then sets plagues upon the whole country in "punishment".

Nothing is logical. It requires logic to justify logic, and the rules of logic make that non-kosher as well. Sadness!
