IN ARIZONA: What happens if a Radar Speeding Ticket is filed and a court date is set and?

you do not go due to delay in mail?

(Date was set for Friday and I got supena the Saturday after)

Contact the court house, explain what happened and pray they believe you and reset a new date, and hope the judge didnt put out a bench warrant for failure to appear. Keep all the subpaena stuff you get cause it shouls show the date mailed/received too.

You have a warrant. Turn yourself in and all you'll have to do is pay the fine.

You will have an outstanding traffic warrant. Take care of it.
