Adam had no mother AND no father so I guess that makes him even more powerful than Jesus! If god can do anything and can create a man out of mud you think he cant create a baby when half the work is done already? That doesn't make him anymore of a god than adam and everyone agrees adam is not god. I really don't see how you could think that the creator of everything would not be able to create a miraculous birth in an already made woman unless the child actually be god.

What I dont understand is - the muslims call Jesus a prophet. By default, a prophet cannot lie. Jesus called Himself the Son of God. Or by perhaps the Koran states that Jesus was born of a virgin. So how can muslims condemn Christ?!

The Qur'an teaches that God does not beget, as we do, nor was He begotten. It teaches that Jesus was not God's son as we understand "son." It's stated in the Bible that Jesus was the son of God in reference to the virgin birth. God created Jesus with no earthly father, hence, he's God's son, not physical son. Nowhere in the Bible or Qur'an does it say that God took up a wife, so of course He has no son . Jesus' station as a son of God is a spiritual one, not a literal physical one. Neither does the Bible say he was God, and Jesus never claimed to be God, but claimed to be sent by God. Therefore, there is no contradiction between the two religions regarding the nature of Jesus.

Prophet Jesus (Peace be Upon Him) was born from a virgin mother Mary and had NO father at all, He was one of the many miracles of GOD ....... GOD was creator of Him NOT "father", as all of ours', like Prophet Adam (PBUH) who HE created with NO mother or father at all, and Eve who HE created from the rib of Adam. Have faith in GOD, HE can do ALL what he wishes for.

on the side, the subject of Isaiah 53 is promised a "long life" and "seed" (i.e. physical children). clearly this isn't about jesus.
