You could make stuffed cabbage rolls...if you have a cabbage!
You could make a meat loaf... you'd need the meat, some chopped parsley, a beaten egg a cup of rolled oats (or bread crumbs) a chopped onion... Mix all together form a loaf. and cook (in microwave about 12 minutes.Add 1 cup of tender peas around the loaf, then pour a can of tomato sauce (italian Napolitana would do fine) over the meat and put back in the microwave another 3 or 4 minutes...Serve with mashed potatoes or white rice.

This is THE BEST meatloaf recipe ever.
Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meatloaf (Crock Pot)
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsp. dried minced onion or Lipton onion soup mix
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. rubbed sage
1½ lbs. ground beef
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. ground mustard
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist). Shape into a round loaf: place in a 5-qt. Slow cooker. Cover and cook over low for 5 – 6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160°.
In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over the meatloaf. Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through. Let stand for 10 – 15 minutes before cutting.

A meat loaf with white gravy, wild rice, lentils, acorn squash (any vegetable of choice), and a slice of wheat bread with butter. Soft or crunchy tacos, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream or guacamole. You can also season the meat good and make stuffed bell peppers or cabbage rolls (I like to use ground turkey meat) Or broiled hamburgers with brown gravy and white rice, (it's not as greasy). There is a lot you can do with hamburger meat, just be creative!!
Good Luck!!

Shepard's' Pie Cheap and easy, although chili is one of my all time favorites, a good chili has more than a couple of ingredients. just 3 ingredients for Shepard's Pie. A layer of ground beef (browned and drained, seasoned to taste) in the bottom of a casserole dish. On top of that add a layer of corn (drained canned corn, or warmed and drained frozen corn). Cover with a layer of mashed potatoes ( homemade or boxed) and bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 350 or until wormed through.
