I have been talking to this guy for 3 months now and we have not met in person. My cousin introduced us we met once at her wedding(my cousin) but I do not remember him. I really like him but I do not know how he feels about me and I really want to know but I do not know how to bring it up, becoz I am afraid that he will think that I am clingy or something like that. Ususlly I just ask but becoz I like him thats the only problem. So should I should I not ask him.

Yes, if you have a relationship with them in other ways. As long as you are sure about the person you perceive.
No don't ask because you don't sound certain.

I'm sorry, I think its possible to be in love with the idea of someone. This bloke made no impression on you when you met. And 3 months isn't long enough to get to know someone.
I know that's not what you want to hear, but I'd say don't do anything for now. Give it a while longer and arrange to meet up a few times first.
A friend of mine met her husband over the Internet and they are very happily married. But I also know far more people who have had disastrous relationships with people they met on the Internet. So don't rush into anything.

Whether it's love or not there is no reason for you to sit and feel uneasy over this.
Do not bring up the *L* word, just tell him that you really enjoy his company and would he like to step it up a bit. If he says yes then go for it.
If he says no, well we will all be here to catch you. Good luck!
