My dill pickle recipe ask for pickling sale. I cannot find it anywhere. Is there a subsitute?

Pickling salt is usually coarser than regular salt. Try using Kosher salt (found in the ethnic food section at your local grocery).

Pickling salt is more coarsely ground. All grocery stores carry it. Look for it with the canning supplies. If you can't find it just ask, sometimes they put things in unusual places.
