An anti-depressant will give you an "extra lift" but won't make you high unless its mineral based like "Lithium" which is DANGEROUS and can cause psychosis. If your taking like zoloft, effexor, trileptal, wellbutrin, paxil, prozac, etc., you probably WOULDN'T EVEN NOTICE THE EXTRA DOSE FOR A DAY OR TWO. If you really feel you need more meds, just contact your doctor and say so, its the best way to "get a higher dosage" and the doctors won't raise it UNLESS they know YOU NEED IT!

Unless its Alazopram (Xanax) or Valium its not going to "relax" you, just make you "feel more normal" which is what the above medications are supposed to do. Xanax and Valium will kick your b*tt, and I only take them during panic or anxiety attacks. They usually last me around 9 months for a bottle of 30. I simply don't like using them.

An anti-depressent..it's like a downer. It makes you drowsy. Your motor skills are slower and you dont want to overdose. It's best to check with your Doctor before taken any medication. and ask about increasing the dose. Please always check with a doctor before taking medication..because you may go to sleep and not wake up...BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!

What it might do is give you a short "high" and then you'd crash and be more depressed. Or o.d.
