The best way is either vaccum-sealed or in an airtight container. If the water evaporates from the kernels, it won't pop.

I have always stored regular popping corn in a tin canister with a lid (like a coffee can) in the refrigerator. Keeps it fresh longer.

I'm assuming not popped yet.? i store it in the freezer in a air tight container ......
