weaker? how?
i do know that a teenager's metabolism is different (all those raging hormones) and a teenager's body is designed to stay up late and sleep in late...which makes 7:30am classes in highschool absolutely ridiculous. I just don't know what you mean by weaker. Girls do not have the same upper body strength than a boy after puberty and they aren't supposed to....etc....
Get the book Our Bodies Our Selves which explains everything about being a woman, teenager and any questions you may have about sex. It's straightforward.
Weaker? Maybe you have something and need a doctor to check it out....talk to your mom and/or dad...they're the people who need to know and can really help you.

If you mean you are tireder and tend to want to sleep more - this is perfectly normal at this age. You will start requiring more sleep as you enter this intense growing period. Just eat healthy - get plenty of sleep and you will be fine. Also - since it is summer, feeling weak or tired can be caused by not drinking enough water. I do mean WATER here - not sodas. try that and see if it helps.

Yes, you are probably growing. But if the weakness is more than just a little, you should let one of your parents know, and consult a Dr. You could be run down, or you might be coming down with something.

weaker? how so?

maybe it's hormones.. body changes...

the mind starting to work over time... feelings of fear? hey get used to it... it only gets worse.. but that's normal most of use normals have that.

:D

you'll get used to it unless you have a physical issue like petuitary or hormone issues..

if you keep getting weaker i say see a doctor.... i never felt physically weak.. until i got much, much older.

I don't really understand your question, but if you are asking if it is normal to feel tired some days and other days not as tired, then yes it is normal.

sometimes when your body is going through hormonal changes it can cause fatigue such as sleeping longer and staying awake later. It can also cause you to have mood changes
