I think the person meant "special" as in whether the girls offer "special treatment" in the back or champagne room.
To answer the question, I do not think any of the "known" strip bars (Goldfingers, Hustler Club, etc) offer specials (after all it is illegal). You would have to go to what is known as an "Underground Club". I do not know of any in Manhattan. There are some in Brooklyn, but the clientele is rough and the location varies. You have to know who to speak to find out the location and you need to be cool with the people running the place to get in.
If I was you I would forget about getting "specials" in a strip bar and just look for an normal woman, or cruise the streets on the West Side of Manhattan which is dangerous as the areas are patrolled by the police.
