How can I get illegals to leave me alone?

Everytime I go to the gas station or grocery story, anywhere public they harass me in front of my parents, try to look down my shirt and when I tell them to stop they say "JUST LOOKING..." or "NO PROBLEM" but keep doing it ?? Sometimes they try to touch me and grab me. I know theyre illegal because my mom teaches ESL and they are in her class, How can I get them to STOP without sounding racist p.s. I cant move

to haters: Obviously you don't live in the Southwest or have illegal relatives yourselves. No other group of people are so ridiculous when it comes to coming onto you.. in front of their wife and kids even, it's awful! And I'm obviously not ugly.. read the story smart ones

Update: I never said only "immigrants" look at me cause they don't, I said "illegals", which I'm sure if you notice which section I posted this in relates to illegal immigration... and no I will not start calling them something else. Should we start calling burglars "Uninvited Houseguests"?

You can't move? Are you paralyzed? Get a T-shirt that says NO MAS...it means 'no more'. And, don't be afraid to use your voice. IF people are getting rude with you, be rude right back. Don't be shy about it. Some cultures interpret shyness/quietness as weakness. Be polite, but firm....

Pray tell, what is an "illegal?"

I know what illegal immigrants are, and I know what undocumented immigrants and undocumented workers are, but for the life of me, I haven't a clue about what an "illegal" is. If I break the speed limit, does that make me an "illegal?" Or, must I commit some other crime such as robbery, assualt, or even murder to be classified as an "illegal?" Does smoking in a smokeless establishment make me an "illegal?" How about drinking when younger than the legal age for drinking. Does that qualify one to be an "illegal?" How about illegitimate trafficking in drugs, or illegal use of drugs? Would either of these constitute being an "illegal?"

Or are you talking about a sick bird, such as the one we use for our national symbol?

Please, enlighten me.

I'm sure your problem is not just with illegals who are in your mom's ESL class. This story seems totally made up--way too convenient. I think you must really have some issues to try and defame people by making up stories on Yahoo.

Yeah, right. Don't flatter yourself. Like strangers, especially illegal immigrants with more at stake to lose, are coming on to you EVERY TIME you go to the "story" (like, can't you spell?) or ANYWHERE in public, men sexually harass you in front of your parents. You wish.

Is your problem with them being illegal, or is it the harrassment you receive from them? It would seem to me that unless you are an underage child, you should have no problem having your mother intercede. As a young adult, and in a controlled environment, my daughters would have no problem putting this type of behavior in its place. Why can't you?

Shout it out as loud as you can! "Leave me the hell alone or I will call the police." That would get most guys to scatter.

It doesn't matter if they are legal or illegal, nobody has a right to touch or intimidate you in this way.

Take their picture and then tell them if they do it again you're going to send one copy to the INS and another to the local police dept.
