Geez, how old are you? How long have you been together? Maybe she feels comfortable enough around you to fart. It's only a little gas. Don't you fart? Yeah, she could have left the room, but it's not that big of a deal if you guys have been together for a long time and are really comfortable with each other.

Seriously, though, when you are in a serious relationship with someone, eventually, they're going to fart. You might as well accept it.

My husband and I do it all of the time, and we don't find each other any less attractive (we don't do it in public, of course). The only time that we didn't do it around each other is when we first started dating.
