Fresh Raw Apple Cake
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts, chopped (pecans)
4 cups chopped apples
Mix well and bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Very good, moist cake.

This is a Creamsicle Cake which my family loves:

Ingredients:
1 Duncan Hines Orange Cake
1 4-serving package orange Jello
1 cup boiling water.
1/2 cup cold water.
***Topping:***
1 small package instant vanilla OR cheesecake flavored pudding mix
1 package orange Jello
1 cup cold milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 ounces container of cool whip whipped topping


Directions:

Bake orange cake according to the directions. using the ingredients called for on the package.

Poke holes in cake after it is baked, but not cooled.

Mix orange Jello with boiling water. Add cold water. Dissolve and pour over cake. Refrigerate until cooled completely.

Beat pudding, orange Jello and cold milk until thickened. Add vanilla. Fold in cool whip and spread on cooled cake.

2 cups sugar
6 T cocoa
t salt
2 t baking soda
mix together
add
3/4 C oil
1/4 cup vinegar
2 t vanilla
2 cups cold water
beat until smooth...not too much
bake in 13 ' x 9" greased pan for about 35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean...
Yummy with white frosting or cool whip
