It does freeze, but you're not going to do it in your freezer:

The freezing point of ethyl alcohol is -117.3oC.

Liquor does freeze it just has a lower freezing point than plain water.

liquor contains alcohol. Therefore, alcohol prevents the liquor from freezing.

It does. Just get a chemical lab freezer which will go about 118 degrees below zero. But you can't drink it frozen now, can you?

Because of the Alcohol.But I did see vodka ice cubes made in liquid nitrogen

cuz alcohol doesnt freeze...just one of those things...like why is the sky blue and how much wood could a woodchuck chuck?

because the fermented liquid only gets stronger in cold. If you leave it in long enough you can see large crystals growing
