You can buy rum flavoring in the spice section at the grocery store and they have non alchoholic drink mixes at the liquor store and grocery store. Best bet is to ask at the liquor store.

How can it be? What would be its flavor and how would it be done??
I'm sorry but being from an island where rum is made, i can tell you that I've never heard of such thing, and can't even see how it would be done.
