Well I am in Alabama.
I could not find a capital plaza vet clinic listed at all.
Can you up-date with the actual name of the clinic?

I am not near you, but if there is a problem I hope you report it and take action. There should not be a vet clinic operating that does bad things. Good Luck!!!
