Need to replace the window glass. Also, need a source for the plastic discs on the ends of shift cables for a 5-speed. Old ones wore out and Dodge wants to sell the entire cable assembly.

There are 2 kinds of anchors used by Dodge.
1. is a plastic pull anchor that you use a special tool to release
2. plastic hook that you would remove by lifting the panel then pulling away from the inner door skin.
My dodge used both of these, the hook along the top half and the push anchors on the bottom half.
There are at least 2 screws you need to remove 1 is around the window crank or door handle and one is around the arm rest, there may be more so examine the door closes. Sometimes there is a screw up by the door pillar towards the front.
I'd get the tool then carefully pry the panel away looking for the plastic push anchors or the hooks. Anchors can be easily replaced but the hook are made into the panel.

Well for removing the door cover a flat head screw driver should do the trick if you break any of the retainer clips the can be replaced for very cheap from your local autoparts store.

As for the plastic on the shifter you maybe able to find those at your local autoparts store under what the call the HELP products but you can also try a junk yard and just replace the cable which replacing the whole cable is the best bet.

Go get a repair manual at the auto parts store or go to the library.
A manual should cost about 15 bucks.

I would say go to junk yard for other part
