my friend bet his brother fifty bucks and his brother attempted it it and he got to 3 1/2 gallons and puked

For the average person I would say yes. I wouldn't be so bold as to say impossible, there are always freaks within any population. That four hundred pound guy in "The Italian Job" might be able to do it. A champion eating contest winning might.
The problem is that the process of digesting milk produces gaseous wastes that expand the stomach. If you drink more milk faster than your body can process that waste it builds up until
By the way, it's really stupid to try to drink four gallons of *anything* in four hours, even water.

It's impossible to drink a single gallon of milk and keep it for an hour. You will puke and puke and puke. Milk curdles and expands massively in your stomach before you can even digest it. Two gallons is a joke. It won't even look like milk coming out. FUN!

Well, I know someone could eat 52 hot dogs in 12 min, so I would say it's possible to drink four gallons of milk in four hours.

It is physically impossible to chug an entire gallon of milk at one sitting. The acids in your stomach will clabber the milk because of the overload and you will immediately projectile vomit!! A coach used to bet his students this just to see them vomit because they were the smart aleck kind and always thought they were right.

I guess you could if you were sitting on the toilet the whole time you did it. Of course you would puke unless you were a trained proffesional, but I hear there's this guy that gives eating contest lessons. Something about permanently expanding your stomach by eating a lot...

i dont believe it is because i tried to drink 1 gallon of milk in 20 minutes almost was done just threwup all over te flow it sucks

yes, not only would your stomache not be able to hold that much(even with urination) you'll make yourself sick
