how do u get unwanted family member out of ur home even when they know u want them to move out?

They probably just need a little more motivation to get going. Time for some tough love and just tell them the time has come for them to move on. Time has come for them to go out into the real world and make a life of his own. If all else fails, and its either himor your sanity, then a little physical persuasion is in order. Or the next time he is out and before he comes home, put his belongins on the porch and change the locks. If hes not a true mental case,he will get the picture. Good luck

Give them an eviction notice written-may have to go thru the courts to do so. Or be sneaky and say umm my landlord was over today and seen that you have been staying here for so long and said that you can't be here it' s against rules and regulations. Explain that there really is no room for them etc. Tell them your going away for a few days so the house can be bombed for bugs (lie)..lol and that everyone has to leave and they can't come back. Change the locks on your doors. Move out so they have to move out too,but to there own place. There are shelters if it's that bad for them.

Give them a deadline and if they are not gone by that time, remove their things to the lawn and change the locks.

Don't feel obligated if they are family because if they are staying, when you asked them to leave-they are disrespecting you and you can't have that in your own home.

Show them to the door. If they are living for free. But if they are paying rent that's different you have to get them evicted by the court.and not treat them as family
