don't you think it would be some what of a slaughter? I would if I had an army of the same size and discipline. But this is a scary thought. There are so many of them and they are so skilled and dedicated to their country. We have many (many also are undisciplined) but they are massive and would be out of our reach until they are on top of us!! there will be a day that this question will be a factor. Until then lets just teach our children to love. The war you are discussing will be fought, I am sure. It will be a sad day. I will mourn and defend my self, my loved ones and my neighbors.

Of course, this would be WWIII.
But the Chinese are not that dumb, the North Koreans might be, but not the Chinese.
If North Korea attacks Japan (more likely than the US), the US would be obliged to defend Japan and enter into a war with the North Koreans.

Hell no.
I don't think you entirely understand what that sort of war would actually entail. No amount of soldiers would matter; ground war would be irrelevent.
I would go straight to the store, and buy as many non-perishable goods as possible. I'd also pack up as many tools and electronic parts as i could.
I would then head to the most secure underground bunker, as far away from population centers, as possible.
I would then wait for the ensuing nuclear war (and the end of civilization as we know it) to burn itself out.

I'm studying nursing, and I'm too old to join up, but I would volunteer in some kind of capacity. I'm against starting a war, but I have no qualms about self defense.

I would not, however my husband is already enlisted in the AF and I would be needed at home to take care of our child. Where I ten years younger and did not have a child, yes I would.

I would volunteer to help out in any way possible. Since I have a disability, I think fighting would be best left to those more capable.

Yes, but I am 42 years old so not sure military would accept me. What I would so is pack up my AR15, my pistol grip shot gun, and 20,000 rounds and fly over there and fight my own guerilla stlye war.

I don't know that we would really have a choice it would be the start of WW3 and our lives here would change dramatically esp. if nuclear weapons were used.
