Have a beer or two. Remember this, you are only going to enjoy this day if you want to.If you think that work is that important then maybe that is where you should start. By figureing out why work is so important to you to where it screws with your Sundays.No job in the world is worth it.Plus everyone can be replaced so if it's your turn to go then god has maybe something better for you. Relax and enjoy the ride.It only goes around once.Good luck

Hard, isn't it? Try to be as "present in the moment" as you can. Remind yourself that the past is gone and the future isn't here yet, so the present is all we truly have.
A book that might help you with this is called "Peace is Every Step," by a Buddhist monk named Thich Nhat Hanh.

if your job lingers into your weekend thoughts so that it eats up the days you have before going back to it-get one you enjoy, or one that wont stay on your mind, where you can get in, get the work done, and get out-to your LIFE-b/c you only have one.

good night! whats the bed for??? sleep relaxx... watch an interesting movie... spend time with some malefrens...(if u r a gal) or u r a guy(with gals)...play some games.. sports can be a n alternative! make new frens..and see the miracle...
