Carbonated water, also known as soda water, sparkling water, or seltzer water, is plain water into which carbon dioxide gas has been dissolved. The process of dissolving carbon dioxide gas is called carbonation. It results in the formation of carbonic acid (which has the chemical formula H2CO3).

Club soda is that bubbly stuff that you ues to make a french soda or an italian soda or the like.
Essentially it's soda with no flavor, you add flavoring of your choice.
It has many uses besides the above:
I hear it's a great way to remove some stains, you can make various drinks bubbly with it.
Be creative. It's carbonated sugar water!!

Club soda is used to make different types of beverages. It's clear and you'll probably find it on the isle with alcoholic drinks if you don't see it on the soda isle. You can go to the liquor store to buy it as well. Schweppes ginger ale brand makes a good club soda and it comes in a bottle with a yellow label on it. I wouldn't recommend drinking it solo...it doesn't taste that great unless you mix it with something. (It's like the carbonation in a soda.....which is why you add your own flavor). Hope this helps.

it is not really a soda like coke or pepsi. A club soda is a carbonated water beverage that may have some fruit flavoring to it. It is carbonated like soda but it is water. It may have a slight bitter after taste.

A club soda is, IS A GLASS OF SODA, with the foamy on top, and a SCOOP OF ICE CREAM.. THAT IS. just do not put JUMAICAN RUM in the soda. then is a SPIKED SODA! LOL
