Eight Count Bodybuilders
1. Start in a standing position.
2. Touch your toes.
3. Bend your knees and place your hands on the ground.
4. Pop your legs back putting you into a push up position.
5. Touch your nose to the ground.
6. Push back up.
7. Pop your knees back in towards chest
8. Stand back up.
This should be a continuous motion and be fluid.

I recall doing these in PE back in grade school.
