Processed meats are those that have been through a manufacturing plant and are no longer in their natural form. Typically they are thought of as canned, but can be in other forms of packaging as well. The most common are hot dogs, spam, Vienna sausages, many lunch meats and sausages.

processed meat is not as good as natural cut meat. A processed meat is meat that may be mashed up using machinery. Or it could be meat leftovers.

It's the leftovers from butchering and what they sweep off the floor. I't's put into a grinder and formed into balogna, hot dogs, spam ....etc. It's not good for you. It usually has a high fat and sodium content.
