The Holy Bible makes refference to the fact that....The house of Israel was promised the land of milk and honey as their own….
(It took them, 40 years and many wars for them to get there though)

No. The Holy Land was promised to the twelve tribes of Israel, and God is going to see they get it some day. That is when God steps in with His Angels, to help the Jewish Tribes reclaim their land. It will happen. God has promised it. I am not Jewish, I am a Baptist.

Don't think so. Seems to me the whole story is about God's promise that they would have a land of their own.

No it is not mention in the King James Bible. But the bible does say the opposite of what you just said..............
