Ukhti, it seems obvious enough to Muslims and many others but most Christians are too invested in the idea and too used to defending it aginst logical attacks that they usually answer you with absurd comments devoid of proof or logic. I used to be a christian, i was challenged to defend my belief with proof. Alhamdulilah i came to islam. Most christians are not sincere enough to truly investigate, a little voice tells them to scream and shout and repeat their slogans until the doubt goes away. That voice is shaytaan

People who claim Jesus as being God are extremely deluded and quite incorrect. At least you recognize a point that the Bible brings out many times: Jesus himself prayed to a person higher than he. If Jesus were God, then he'd be praying to himself, and that wouldn't make any sense. Jesus always acknowledge that his miraculous powers, as well as the message he taught, came not from him, but from his Father (and God), the one who sent him.
False religion tries to twist the scriptures into claiming that Jesus, God, and the holy spirit are one being, but three in some mysterious trinity. Such a teaching is one of man and not the Bible. It's utterly false and it completely dishonors God and Christ both.
Jesus has NEVER been God, only the SON of God. Someone can't be the son of someone and still be that someone at the same time. People who believe in the trinity can't see how utterly absurd such a notion is because they're blinded by Satan.

There is a trinity. The Father, The Son, and The Holy Ghost.
Check out John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. Skip to John 1:14 - And The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth.
Therefore(come on math majors) If the Word was God that means the Word and God are one and the same. If the Word became Flesh and dwelt among us(Jesus) then God = Jesus.
God is in 3 persons Father(God), Son(Jesus), and Holy Ghost.
Man is in 3 persons Man is a Spirit that has a Soul who lives in a body.

LOL.... Jesus didnt need Salvation... HE is the Savior. But as far as your other questions go, read John 1:1, you will see "In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God and the Word WAS God... vs 14 then says: And the Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. God, incase you werent aware, can be in more than one place at a time. And He made Himself lower than angels to live with us. Jesus had the flesh of a man and the Spirit of God. The flesh of Christ prayed to the Spirit not unlike when your own flesh communicates with your spirit. The flesh may say "I dont wanna go to school today...Im gonna pretend Im sick" the spirit says "No, you have to go to school or you wont have an education and look stupid in public"

Jesus is described as the bible as the intercessor, that is we pray to God, through Jesus. Before Jesus came into the world people had to do things like sacrifice animals to be able to pray to God. Jesus took the sacrifice onto himself, so that we don't have to do that anymore. In the Old Testament, when Abraham was asked to sacrifice Isaac, God stopped him at the last moment and said something like 'God himself will provide the lamb'. (I'm paraphrasing as I don't have my bible to hand at the moment). Christians believe this was a reference to the time when Jesus would come into the world as the 'lamb of the world' so we can all enter into God's presence, and call him Father. Jesus is the Son of God, but he is also God, part of the Trinity that makes up God.
I am giving you the respect of answering your question honestly and without prejudice. I trust you read it in the spirit in which it is given.

My God is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I pray to all three. All a pray is, is communicating with your Lord. By the way God did not Save Jesus, and his prayers where to God the Father and the only thing he depended on God for was to raise him from the dead.

ok, what I surely were keeping for a lengthy time period. Christians and Muslims aren't any further that a techniques aside. yet in case you comprehend the Christian faith, then, praying to Jesus and God are one and the same. do not imagine contained in the large photo God cares a lot about that both. in case you are able to look at it that way, you'll comprehend slightly better positive as to why it makes little distinction. We also pray to the Holy Spirit which again is one and the same. So are the classes about Mohammad a lot diverse then what you say as to Jesus? in my opinion, I seldom aspect out Jesus without God being stated to.

Qn#1: Who do you think saved jesus?
Jesus didn't require salvation. However, we did.
Qn#2: Who do you think he prayed to?
Jesus, God the Son prayed to God the Father.
Qn#3: Where did he get all the info in the bible from?
All info in the Bible is considered as God's word. It is God's breath. Jesus acknowledges in John 14:10 that He is in the Father & Father in Him. The words Jesus spoke is not spoken on His own authority, but the Father who dwells in Jesus does it. Jesus did this for us to show us an example of how we ought to live a life in this world. Not of our own authority, but of God's desire & will.
Qn#4: Who did he depend on?..
Jesus depended upon God the father. He denied doing anything in His power. Not that he didn't had the power to do any in His own. He chose to yield to God the father to show us the example of how a man should relate in his life to God. In John 17, we see the priestly prayer of Jesus to God for His Disciples. Read from John 14 thru' 17 to find the relationship between Father & Son. This is truly a life which is to benefit you & me.
May His name be glorified

Jesus is God's only son.
Praying is God's gift to man to allow us to talk to him.
Hence Jesus would talk to God, just as most christian do - via prayer.
----
The main focus of Jesus with christians is due to the belief that is it only though belief in the actions and teachings of Jesus that we are free from sin, and able to reach heaven.
--
The info in the bible some believe is divine, but at the very least historic. It gets a bit more complex when trying to prove what happens in the bible was real, but then the same thing would apply to most documents from that era of time - that claim to be a real account of events.
====
Roman Catholics also pray to lots of saints as well.
And you can pray to God directly, some people find this a bit harder - as they find it easier to pray to a man who they can visualize better.
=====
Questions of faith in religion arn't easy, its best to take them on one by one. (or so i've found)

As a believer I believe that God the Holy Spirit indwells me yet I pray. Jesus, God the son, in His mortal ministry talked to the Father in prayer why is that so hard to understand Him doing? It was away to escape into a quiet time to be with the Father and a way for Him to teach us to pray as well. When I pray I always pray to God.. God as in the trinity. To the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. Another thing you should know about prayer, it isn't a gimme time. It's a time to conform your will to God's will. When that happens all you ask will be given to you..

I think the questioner is just being provocative, and very insulting at the same time. I respect her belief in Allah, but obviously my beliefs are open to ridicule!
Jesus is God, God is Jesus.
God took upon himself our humanity, became a man, Jesus. Whilst on earth, equally God, equally Man.
Before this and after this, Jesus was with God and was/is God.
Not necessarily the easiest of doctrines, I'll grant you, but it's the one I follow, and I would be grateful to think that even if you do not believe it yourself you may have the humanity not to disrespect me for doing so. Thank you.
