Ok, I'm liking the answers and maybe I should have written "besides from yourself". I didn't think about that but yes I get it from within but I meant for those times when you think you just can't do it anymore.

besides god my annoying, dufos, goofy, idiotic, pathetci brother becuase two things. One he can open up to you and two, he can make me smile in the hardest of times. I respect him... at least when he's not blaming me for something he did or but peanut butter on my face at night time!!!! (oh he'll get it all right!)

my husband gives me strength in encouraging me to be myself and not to change for anyone
my children give me strength as each day they give me unconditional love and are so wise beyond their years
my friend gives me strength with her words of encouragement and the occasional telling off when i doubt myself
each person i meet .. old or new to my life .. give me strength as i see my reflection in them and learn from everything they do and say to me
