Not sure what you mean by "sbc" but some awesome free spyware:

it's called ad-aware.
it's entirely free, and recommended by most people I know. I've used it for years, and love it.

if your looking for the free spyware offered by SBC or ATT as they are now called.... go to your homepage by logging in at http://sbc.yahoo.com scroll to the bottom of the page on the right hand side and you should see "Download Software" Click on that and unless they have changed it lately, that will take you to thier "software download center". you can get thier free spyware there.
Personally though, after having fought with thier faulty software, I would recommend going to http://www.download.com and downloading "ad-aware se personal edition" and "spybot search and destroy". Works just as good or better.

Try download.com. Remember you can filter out free software by clicking licence after you search.
