My hair is natraully medium brown but bleaches out alot in the summer so i decided to dye it back to brown but when i did it was nearly black that was about 4 days ago. now my hair has a chocolate hue to it instead of a black hue.(i have washed it constantly with baking soda,prell,shampoo mixed w/ bleach) the whole 9 yards it has lightened up alot but is still way to dark for my taste i want to if at all possible avoid striping it but i need help!! please give me advice

I've heard that baby shampoo is the best thing for bad dye jobs. Call a salon or beauty supply store and ask their recommendations.

I wouldn't try anything else yourself...you could ruin your hair. I would not try dying by your self if you anly dyed it like 4 days ago if you do it again...that could dry your hair out. Go to your hair stylist and ask her for a suggestion.

You poor thing! First of all, I would dispute payment and try to get your well deserved money back. You probably should talk to a hair salon and get it fixed up (talking to them to see what they are going to do before they make you touch your hair to see if you like the idea.)

But, on the bright side, dark hair is totally in this summer!

Spend a little money and go to the local salon. It is the only way to not mess it up anymore.

why dont you dye it again
it will look much better, or why dont you go to the beauty salonand ask them,

mix lemon juice into your shampoo everyday this will lighten up the color very well

You can't do anything. But sometimes it might lighten on it's own.
