I have some given to me as a wedding present. I love them. I have made brownies, cakes, muffins and various other dishes in them. I did have issue with sticking at first, but once I figured out you still need to spray them with cooking spray all was fine. I would suggest buying a single piece to try out. Once you have baked with it a few times you can decide if you like it or not.

What you need to remember is that even with the silicone bakeware you need to spray with an oil spray, don't use olive oil like I did the first time, the muffins were stuck and I had to dig them out. With the canola oil spray they just slid out and were fine. Also you have to put them on a cookie sheet or something because they flex too much. This is a plus in the cabinet tho or drawer because you can fold them up for space. They are light weight too for going in an rv or camping. I haven't had any trouble with hot spots or uneven cooking.

I love mine, too. One suggestion: buy the good ones, not the really cheap ones that are popping up at the discount stores. Also, follow the very good advice given above and spray it with cooking spray before using. If you miss a spot, expect it to stick there.
The Silpat sheets that go onto your baking sheets are fantastic! The cookies don't get too brown, and they slide right off. Again, it really is worth the money to buy the Silpat and skip the cheap imitations; the first time you use it you'll agree the extra cost was well worth it!

I've used both non-stick and stainless steel cookware. I agree that the non-stick is great at first. But really, if you know how to use stainless steel, non-stick isn't that much more non-stick than that. And the non-stick cookware gets scratches and pits in it far too easily, and eventually the finishing will peel off. So right now, I'm in the middle of exchanging my non-stick pans for others that actually will stand up to usage.

I bake a lot of cakes and I have a set of the 9" round pans. I absolutely love them. My cakes turn out awesome and I have not had a problem with them sticking at all. I do use a flour/oil spray on them tho.

Agree with the others about the no-stick. won't miss them either
Only thing: when placing in the oven they tend to bend... not as firm as iron and with a liquid in it you must take care.

We got em and they are very good. Haven't had anything at all stick. They are a little pricey but I wouldn't go back to metal.
