That depends on whether you are asking for the time at my present location or yours. Here, where I am, it's 1725. I don't have a clue what the time is where you are, but I can honestly say this:
Since you are a Petty Officer First Class, the time would be on the 24 hour clock, so the time would be given thusly: 1725. It can also be given as 2125Z-4, whereas the "Z" denotes Zulu time or the military equivalent of Greenwich Meantime (GMT). Since the US is west of the prime meridian in Greenwich England, time would be given minus GMT, Currently, the US is in daylight savings time, so the east coast is GMT-4 with all other times zones in the US following. When the US goes back to standard time in the fall, the east coast would be GMT-5.
