The oven at my church is very old and does not have a broiling option. I need to finish the cooking process by broiling the sauce for 2 minutes on the ribs. Is there a specific temperature that would work or is there another way that's easier than barbacuing or using a propane gun?

Well, you could do it in stages. Move the rack to the bottom (or top depending where the heat source is in the oven). Raise the temperature about 100 degrees. Put the ribs on on the rack for about a minute. Then, simply flip them over.

Voila....broiled.

The majority of ovens broil using the top elements while you bake using the bottom elements. The problem being, you will really need the broil option using the top element to get the caramalization of the sauce you are looking for. Placing the pan near the top of the oven while baking is unlikely to have the same effect. I think the closest you will get is to turn the oven up as high as you can and place the ribs in toward the bottom. Flip them about half way through and be careful they don't burn. That said, if you want the best effect you should probably grill them.

Put in a regular oven at 425 for about 10 minutes

broiling is high heat from the top of the oven, so turn the oven on its highest setting and put the rack up as high in the oven as you can. And keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn!
