Oh and as a side note Billy the Kid does exist I know some one who is really called Billy the Kid and that is the truth he just goes by Billy but on his passport it says Billy the Kid

No asbo would of stopped billy the kid. He so would be doing time right now. That's if the judge wasn't lenient on him, and ordered him to 20 hrs of community service and electronically tagged up to 7 days.

One that prohibts him killing people with guns.
Cos all the ones I see in the paper have things like 'conditions of 14 year old's asbo : no drug taking, no stealing cars, no assaulting people'. When I was younger I thought these things were illegal anyway, din't know I needed an asbo to stop me :)

ASBO? He would have been in prison a long, long time. He wasn't really a kid, was he? He might have been let out on society when he was 18, then. Or put in a petting zoo?
