My friend has one ... it's not green, that's for sure ... it's laminated and the size of an ordinary credit card ... has a fingerprint on it and a metal strip with all sorts of information which is shown up if you swipe it through a machine ... doubt if it's that easy to fake, but I'm sure some clever clogs can get around it ....

I've seen one.That thing would be hard to counterfeit.It's not green,it's kinda pink and it has a copper strip across the back of it with the persons info AND picture in a holograph.It's pretty elaborate.

Use to know but its been a while and i'm sure that whatever it looks like now its very tough to distinguish it from a fake one especially with all technology that we have out there.

Good question, my wife has permanent residence card, But to spot a fake one,,, I think you would have to call immigration and ask them how to spot one. My wife's says Permanent Resident right on the top with her photo, if that helps.

I know it isn't green.
