The only way to get rid of it completely is to see a doctor and get an antibiotic eye drop or ointment. Pink eye is caused by a bacteria. The only thing that will kill this bacteria is an antibiotic.

i believe pinkeye should be treated with an antibiotic eye drop. It's very contagious so please seek attention
