Yes. We met on line and he was in Australia and I was here in the states. We fell in love over the net, and he came to visit me about 8 months after meeting on line. Long story short, we are married now and have been happy for over 10 years.

if u've never met the person it's totally different in person and i'd just be careful you don't get all googly over him then when you meet it's like a whole new person i swear. 6 mo on phone and computer and we finally meet and his personality had not one characteristic it did prior. if you already know eachother of course. if you want it bad enough definately. hard but for sure

laughs well yes and no, was engaged to a guy who lived 5000 miles away...were together for 5 years but he was a *censored word* (lol) so we split.
you need to be totally honest and have great communication to have it work (plus have an unlimited bank balance for the commutes lol)

not once, but it depends on the people involved i think. if either of you gets a fairly constant stream of other offers, it won't work out for longer than a few months.

i'm having one right now, but i have to tell you that it is sooooo hard..often i wanna break up with him..cause the distance kills the romance..you're feeling alone..and you doubt if that's what you really want...its hard..
