Once the kittens are weaned. But make sure she is away from any males until you do. Cats can have litter after litter, hence the current overpopulation problems.

Mom's usually start weening kittens around six weeks, but eight weeks the kittens should be eating solid food, by then mom could be spayed providing there are no health problems.

When the kittens are weaned and her milk has dried up (so she isn't so swollen in her glands--this makes the surgery more difficult). Be aware that she can get pregnant again right after giving birth!

Once she has weaned the kittens and they don't rely on her for food. Check with your vet as to when that will be, and keep her and the kittens away from males.

Ususally vets like it to be 2 weeks after nursing stops so the milk is dried up.

why didn't you spay her BEFORE she had her litter? female cats are supposed to be spayed at 6 months of age. all you did was increase the overpopulation of unwanted cats/kittens in this world by letting her get pregnant!!!!!!!!!
SPAY HER NOW!!!!!!!!!
