When we go to Heaven will we be able to get reconnected with our family and friends? It's been something I've been thinking about and I also ask God if he could help me and everybody get reunited with our old friends in Heaven and get reunited with our family members, I also want to see many things in Heaven that I didn't get to experience on Earth.

Also is Heaven one entire place for everybody or do they have different kingdoms of Heaven?

Yes, to the first paragraph. Only one Kingdom, God's!
I hope and pray you are in it.
Jesus Christ is the Only Way to Heaven!

In The Holy Bible in John14:6 “Jesus saith unto, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” He meant: I am the only way to get to God the Father and to heaven. I am the only truth you need to know to get to God the Father and to heaven. I am the only spiritual life available to mankind. In other words, I am the only true and living God. All other so-called gods are false gods. They are not real. They do not exist. They are Satan or his demons appearing to be gods. No other so-called god has any power to forgive, remove and cleanse men from all their sins and get them to God the Father and to heaven.
The Holy Bible in Hebrews 11:6 says “But without faith it is impossible to please him (God); for he that cometh to God must believe (have faith) that he (God) is, and that he (God) is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (God).” Parentheses mine!
I pray that, by faith, you will acknowledge that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only true and living God. (Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus {that Jesus is Lord} and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believed unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”).
I pray you will believe all of this and, by faith, accept the fact that you are a sinner needing to be saved from all your sins (Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” and Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”) and that the blood Jesus Christ shed for you at Calvary is the only way you can have all your sins forgiven, removed and cleansed and the only way you can get to God the Father and to heaven. I pray you will, by faith, acknowledge all of this and ask Jesus Christ to forgive, remove and cleanse you from all your sins and accept Him into your heart and life to live for Him the rest of your life. (John l :12 But as many as received him, to them gave he the power to come sons {children} of God, even to them that believe on his name.”) All of this is what is meant when the Lord Jesus Christ said: “Jesus answered, and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto, Except a man be born again , he cannot see the kingdom of God (go to heaven).” You were born physically into your earthly family. To go to heaven you must be born again spiritually into your heavenly family, God's spiritual family. If you never have, I pray you will, by faith, turn from all your sins and receive Jesus Christ into your life/heart today, without delay. Do that today.

When you go to heaven, you will be able to connect to all members of family and all friends provided they believed in Christ as their savior. Only believers of Christ Go to paradise when they die, others they go to a different place and wait there until 1000 years after Christ rule the Earth. Then, all the dead will arise for judgment every body in accordance with his work. No body can tell exactly how will God judge unbeliever, but the Bible tells us that Heaven is for followers of Christ only. Also, the Bible tells us of three heavens not seven as mentioned other religions. The most important thing you should know that God has prepared a place that the words cannot describe its wonder and splendor. what no eyes can see, or ears could hear can describe what God has prepared for those who love him. In heaven you can have experience that you never dreamed of, and joy unspeakable. Also, there are many ranks in heaven, however, every one will be in his utmost joy that is beyond our knowledge and awareness.

However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him".
1 Corinthians 2:9 , NIV

This quote can easily apply to heaven. Heaven is a subject that the Bible doesn't talk about much as far as what it looks like - or what its going to be like. (That's because it is going to be a surprise!)

I would count on being reunited with friends and family. And I believe it isn't just the people you have met in your lifetime! You could meet someone from your family from hundreds of years ago too! (How cool is that?)

However, heaven isn't for everyone. It is only for those who have been saved by grace. It is only for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

that's a competent factor. with the aid of fact each and each comedian tale obtainable, somebody on earth could discover offensive. that could mean that the two there can not be jokes, or human beings's brains could must be replaced to in good condition what jokes heaven could enable you to make.. that's an atypical thought. If an severe guy or woman made it to heaven, could they nonetheless be the comparable guy or woman in the event that they have been compelled into being somebody who ought to chortle on the common comedian tale? Is that a happy place to be? i assume each and every person could be happy endlessly as though that they have been giggling annoying at a comedy tutor or some thing. yet then that doesn't somewhat answer your question.

I have no idea if we will be able to recognize people we've known if or when one finds that he's been resurrected from this world of death to the world of the Living (Heaven). That information has not been given to me. But I do know that Heaven is a spiritual world as opposed to a material one, in other words, objects or people are not made of matter. While we're in the physical world we have no words that can accurately describe the spiritual one. We're limited to the words in our languages for descriptions and there is nothing in our world than can be used as a likeness for descriptions of the spiritual world. The best description is to describe it as the world of the Living as opposed to our world of the dead.

I do know that we're all parts of the One, but I don't know if we will be able to recognize or interact with other parts.

It is written that in heaven "they are neither married nor given in marriage but are as the angels of God in heaven.". It is uncertain if we will reunite with people as we did here, as some of them may not even be in heaven. But it is certain that all of the saints who will be in heaven will love one another and have the love and favor of God because they obeyed His commandments.

In the New Testament it talks of the rich man and Lazarus in Abraham's bosom(heaven). The rich man knew who he was, and asked if he could bring a drop of water for his parched tongue. So in answer to that part of your question, yes, I believe that we will see people and recognize them. Also in Hebrews it talks of the cloud of witnesses cheering us on. Our family and people cheering on the spiritual things in our lives.

The word talks of 3 heavens, our atmosphere, outer space, and heaven. the third heaven. There is one heaven. I believe our closeness with the Lord, will be in tune with our relationship here. The word talks of our works burning like chaff or lasting the fire.
So while there is one heaven, we may be in different parts. All I know is Jesus has gone to prepare a place for me! I am so excited about that. I can't with this mind comprehend what that will be!

In heaven, you will not remember this earth Isaiah 65:17. You will not remember your family, but for those of your family members that are saved, they will be there. You just won't remember them. If you could remember them, then surely you would be able to remember all the sad times, bad times, etc., but in heaven, there won't be any suffering, crying, etc. so if they are saved, they will be there. You will be so rejoiced in heaven that when you get there, if you could remember this life, you wouldn't because you would be so wrapped up in happiness.

I'm a spiritualist sweetie and we are told that everyone we loved will be there waiting for us
we can be with those we loved in the blink of an eye in spirit .. and even be close those those we loved that we have left behind on earth
and in heaven you can experience so much that you couldn't get to do here

does heaven have different places ? ... yes i am told it does .. we call them spirit realms , and these realms are for like minded people who have spiritually progressed to the same level
