If you keep it cold and use CO2 to dispense it, it will last for a month. This is a non-pasturized product. Dispensing with a pump that uses ambient air will kill the beer in a couple days. I have seen air dispensers used in smoke filled rooms and know that the poor beer will hardly last till the next day. Good Luck

There should never be concern about beer going stale. You and your mates should have that baby tapped dry by drinking nonstop until the nectar from heaven is gone. Any diversion of this plan will not stand man, this aggression will not stand!

Serve it and keep it pressurized with CO2. Using one of those handpumps from the distributors introduces air into the beer and that's what ruins it.
