I am terrified of traveling fast and whenever I end up travelling really fast I get scared and freeze up completely so I am not properly able to move any more. Is this common and how do you stop it?

I do. And I haven't yet come up with a solution. When I was 14, first time I was home alone, we had a tornado. Thank god it didn't come to my neighborhood because when the sky turned green and the warning appeared on the TV all I could do was stand there when I should have been running to the basement.

It's hard to think fast about what to do when your scared. It always seems like I come up with great answers after the fact.
