don't add sugar. fruits have sugar in them, simple sugars which are good. yogurt and milk, soy is better. Honey is good. BUT THE ABSOLUTE BEST THING TO ADD...IS SOME RUM....then pretend to be a pirate

The fruit should be sweet enough - plus I think the granules from the sugar wouldn't mix as well. Try honey if you want to make it sweeter.

Milk and sugar are fattening.

Smoothie:

Plain or vanilla yoghurt
Bananas
Strawberries
Honey

Mix all in a blender. Serve.

You could do without the yoghurt.

Good recipe;
1/2 banana
1/2 glass juice (orange or apple)
handful of raspberries or strawberries
tiny bit of fresh ginger
