It depends on what phone plan you have. I have unlimited use of *69, call waiting, voice mail, directory assistance, and long distance for $29.99 a month with Cablevision. However, when I lived at home with my dad he used to yell at me for using it because it was $.75 per use. You can also get it I think for $3.00 a month unlimited with some phone companies.

Here in Georgia if you have a package deal on your phone it's free but if not then there's a charge of about 1.00 per *69
