She was born that way. ALL female reproductive parts are different in shape and size. Some have small labia lips and some have bigger labia lips. Sometimes the clit and vulva can be deep set and others not so much. The labia lips don't really play a role in how much sex a woman has if they are bigger then what your used to seeing or think they should look like. The only reason for sagging could be because she has had a lot of children. Some women just don't have a small vulva parts and that has nothing to do with how much sex she has had.

She was born that way. Sex has nothing to do with it. Almost all porn start get a proceedure called vaginoplasty, where the labia is nipped and tucked. Unfortunately, this is rapidly becoming the new "standard" ideal for how a woman should look (along with D+ breast implants and 20lbs underweight). If something like this really bothers you, you have to ask yourself why.....are you really THAT shallow? What kinds of proceedures do women think would improve you? If you ask them the question you posted here, then ask them what would improve you, I am sure that they will happily tell you everything that is wrong with you.....
