Stop taking the pills and stop the counselling. Set a goal for yourself. One that involves saving money is good. Make a plan to achieve your goal. Work at least 50 hours per week. You'll be so busy you won't have time to think about how rotten the world is. If your goal is to save $10,000 in one year, you'll know that you'll only be working your butt off for 1 year. By doing this, you won't be over-sleeping, you'll be getting exercise, and you'll learn that you have control over your situation. Pills only make you worse in the long run. Counselling is a waste of time and money, and it doesn't help, in fact it often makes you worse.

I would like to tell you something very personal to me which is my life and what has happened to me in the past, I was abused as a child, married a mentally cruel guy, had a breakdown at 31, divorced at 34 with 3 girls, moved in with a very violent guy, brought up his 3 children along with my own 3, finally run away from him, slept in a car for two weeks, moved in with my sis miles away from where my girls went to school but still made sure they went every day. Moved to a half way house until I was finally housed to a tip, had nothing, not even a bed. Life is an upward climb, change your counsellor, change your medication, eat little but often, look into yourself to find the reasons why you are the way you are, there is an answer. The next time you go to see a counsellor, if you dont feel comfortable in the waiting room or on an initial meeting, change your counsellor, you have to feel a trust that will make you want to pour your heart out. By the way, it has taken a lot of soul searching for me but I am now a qualified Naturopath who was diagnosed with Bi-polar three years ago but will never give up the fight. I truly hope this has gone some way toward helping you.

First you have to start loving yourself you only have one life so try to see the positive in everyday. I remember Richard Branson buying the West Coast railway. He changed the branding into Virgin, he changed the staff Uniforms and spent real money on tilting trains but do you know as soon as the first train left the station the only thing people remember was the train was late 10 minutes. This is proof that you can do so many good things but people will never be happy so think about that when you aree going through a bad time.

I am also concerned for you as you say you are suffering eating disorder. Please try to improve this and eat veg/fruit and go to the Gym for good advice.

Get some friends to guide you through it and good luck the future is in your hands......

No matter where you go or what you take, if you don't practice positive thinking you will never get better. I suggest you read some books by author Joseph Murphy. "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" is a good one to start with. Dr. Murphy says thoughts are things and we become what we think about all day. Say to yourself several times a day "I am happy to be healthy, successful and wealthy. God is guiding me now. I radiate love and happiness to everyone I meet and wonders are happening in my life. My good thoughts bring goodness to my life. I am eating good now and I feel full of energy and happiness." You must get your mind out of the gutter. Also, let your doctor know your meds are not working. He can change them. It's kind of an experiment until you find the right ones. Good Luck!

Babe stick with the programme, it is a very long struggle and giving up will always seem like an option but dont, nobodys words can help you, you need to do that for yourself. The depression comes along side the eating disorder and you need to find a positive state of mind, it all seems very dark just now but believe me there is that light at the end of that tunnel.....

I think you need to stick with the tablets and the counselling. It is a long road you are on and you need to realise there is no quick fix or easy solution. Some days will be better than others. When you feel really really bad, try phoning the Samaritans or visiting their website

You may have a blood sugar imbalance known as hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). If you have not received the blood tests for it, yet, check out www.hufa.org and see how you can self-test for this.

It could possibly be the cause for your depression, anger and eating disorder. It is very likely the cause of your tiredness.

Check it out and tell me what you think. I want to know, cause I care.
