I was hurt and thought it was out of line to voice my feelings to the people hurting me. The hurt turned to anger. I held the anger inside. The anger then turned to depression. I spent 18 years with severe depression...it caused 5 nervous breakdowns. I am the expert on depression. Tell me your are depressed and I will show you where you are hurting.

you had a situational depression that got the better of you and then suffered even more with an anger management problem, you might have benefitted from counselling at the time and never suffered with all the resulting nonsense.
but, depression is not always situational....often it is clinical and caused by a lack of neurochemicals. There are medications both natural and manmade that can help with clinical depression.
