I don't think they can do that if they wanted to. It is really unconstitutional that an adult over 18 years cannot make this choice, especially when they CAN make the choice to go to war and die for this country. Infact, for being alive at all between the age of 18 and 25, they can be drafted, forced into dying for this great, but slowly failing, civilization. Jersey has not, is not, will not raise it's drinking age.
