You can't! You're stuck with the 4 of them now..good luck; BUT!:
-there is nothing else worst then NOT telling them all about the others(witch you will NOT consider);
-if you chose to start your life like that you will regret this;
-think about you are going to end up alone; you cant split your feelings, you cant keep others stuck with you..you suck in that case; once you started a relation, go with it til it ends..how can you "have 4 boyfriends"?!? LIAR!what did you do after you met the first one? you were cheating on him...huh? and then the second one..third..4th! LIAR! CHEATER! You wont be that luky in the future..you will alwys act like that..you already have your way now..this is your personality..THIS IS YOU! ---> A LIAR! So you're cheating well I won't harp on you for that. Just break up with 3 or them tell them the truth about cheating and they won't want you back and you don't want them so everyones happy. Tell the one you want to keep about cheating, you can't be in a relationship without being honest he might not take you back but you did the right thing.

chances are they probably have other girls on the side as well, considering you never gave them your undivided attention. so breaking up with them will only lessen their burden of juggling many women as well. so just be honest with them. but i'd hate to be the one that end up with you.

let the other three know you are no longer interested in them and it's over keep it simple and honest if you don't you leave room for them to think they have a second chance or for harsh feedback
