I too have carple tunnel in both hands and the dr. says it isn't bad enough yet for surgery. I have had cortisone shots which helped. The use of wrist splints and ice helps as well as some simple exercises to stretch the wrists helps a bit.

Wearing the splints at night is the best way for me. My husband got me a hot wax machine and its the best feeling after work but its messy with out help.
Is it carpal tunnel or something really in the hands?
my fingers and hands hurt all the time, the hot wax machine from Wal Mart really is a feel good machiine but I still wear the splints they help too.
