first a memory card reader, or usb cable (depending on what your camera can do). if you need to scan your photos you need to go and buy a scanner. Usually cheap nowadays if you buy a combo printer (all in one - printer, scanner, copy, and fax). All-in-ones also tend to come with near universal memory card readers too.

I find the best way is a thing called a card reader. It will take 8 different card formats eg CF or Sony memory stick plus loads of others and download the pics with a little help from yourself into your photo storage on your comp. The can cost as little as £10...i prefer not ot plug my camera straight into the comp. I've used mine for 2 years now...cost me £9 at the time and is great...many makes available. Mine is just called. Pocket reader. Look on Amazon...or you can just get them at your local electrical shop. Then the pics are on your comp ready to attatch to your e-mails. Scanners are available at really good prices these days...this combination is probably by far the least expensive...i couldn't go anywhere with my cam..laptop and the card reader has been worth it's weight in gold...good luck xxxx

Most of those answers seemed good. I use an HP PSC all in one printer, scanner and copier. My PC is 4 years old so I bought a Multi slot card reader by Digital concepts. It cost about 20 bucks. However, my card reader can read 21 types of cards. If you have a new PC you probably already have a card reader. That's about it.
